The research has put forward some interesting facts. It is surprising ion all aspects. The adults participated in the study showed no common risk factors for stroke. The second surprising things was those who had poor sleep pattern didn’t show any other health issues such as breathing disorder or obesity that can affect the quality of sleep. This clearly indicates that lack of sleep could be a risk factor for increase risk of stroke. Researchers found that despite all other common factors for the risk of stroke being absent in the subjects, lack of sleep can emerged as one of the important risk factors for stroke in adults.
